"Avoid Post Up Stand at All Costs"
I've been a customer of Post Up Stand for many years, dealing with various companies. Recently, we got their Budget Retractable Banner Stand, which came with a 90-day warranty. Unfortunately, the banner detached from the stand within that period, but I messed up and didn't reach out until day 99. They refused to replace the banner unless I returned the actual stand. To make matters worse, the stand got lost during shipping (even though I forked out $40 to send it back), and instead of giving me a new stand, they only wanted to send a reprinted banner. What’s the use in that? I already have the banner that fell off the stand! The customer service was terrible, and I definitely won't be using them again.

"Quality Could Use Some Improvement"
The edges of the panels appear to be roughly an inch shorter than expected, and they tend to curl. Once it was put together, all the fingerprints were visible. I'm curious about how to clean it without causing any harm. Plus, moving it around after assembly ain't exactly a walk in the park. For the price, which felt pretty steep, I expected a higher quality.

"Absolutely Awful Customer Experience"
I made a purchase on October 27th. The website indicated that delivery would be around "Est Oct 29-30". Now it's 11/16 and I still haven't received anything. I've called twice, and each time I got a rep who told me the items were in production and stuck in "Graphics" due to a "system error". On 11/9, the rep promised me a callback and said they would ship that week, assuring me we'd have them by the week's end. Yet, here I am, still waiting.

"Great quality, yet"
The quality is top-notch, but man, getting those knobs threaded onto the metal stand was a real challenge! The threads kept getting tangled up.

"Awesome Staff but a Little Disappointed"
The team was fantastic and the service was quick. I would’ve given it five stars, but I was expecting grommets all along the top of my banner. Not sure what went wrong there... the image on the site showed it that way, and I specifically ordered with grommets. Instead, there were just four (one in each corner), which makes the banner hang a bit awkwardly. Other than that, I’m really happy with my purchase.

I’m really happy with our new hand sanitizing station. We set it up right at the entrance of our store, just as you walk in. Putting it together was a breeze, and it serves as a great reminder for our customers to clean their hands when they come in.

"Poor service, late shipment and incorrect pole size received"
Honestly, I’m not sure what’s up with the quality control at Post Up Stand, but this last experience was a real letdown. Here’s what went down:
1. I got an email saying my order would ship on 9/1, but that didn’t happen. I had to keep sending emails just to get an update.
2. Then I was told it would ship on 9/10 and that they’d rush it to meet my needs. Nope, that didn’t happen either.
3. It finally shipped on 09/15, way past when I needed it for an event.
4. It showed up today, but they sent the wrong size pole for the retractable banner, so I can’t use it until they send the right one for the 47” w x 40” h banner (the pole I got is 6’ 10” and doesn’t fit).
So, I was misled twice about the shipping, got no explanation for any of it, and it arrived too late for my event with the wrong pole size. I’ve ordered from Post Up Stand before, but this whole situation has me second-guessing any future purchases.

"Order Status Still Says 'Processing' After 20 Days"
I made my purchase on August 4th, which was 20 days back, and when I check the tracking, it shows the order is still in 'Processing'. No updates have come my way about back orders or anything else. And now, I’m getting a survey request. Honestly, I’m tired of these surveys. If businesses really got what good customer service means, we wouldn’t be drowning in these survey requests.

I expected some plain 4x4 cardboard coasters like the ones you find at bars. Plus, the delivery was super quick! I totally recommend this and will definitely be ordering more soon. Thanks a ton!

The help I got was top-notch. The whole process from ordering to getting my stuff was smooth as butter. However, the design on the coasters wasn’t quite right; half of them were misaligned by a quarter inch.
